21 Steps for Buying a Home


1) Arrange for a certified pre approval from qualified mortgage company.

2) Find and locate the right home for your needs, area and price range.

3) Negotiate the best possible price and terms in your best interests at all times.

4) Complete contract for purchase signed and see all parties receive contracts signed.

5) Deliver contracts to buyers attorney with escrow collected to start attorney review.

6) Obtain disclosure form from seller review with buyer and sign and send to attorney.

7) Keep tabs on 2nd escrow check due date and amount and collect on contract date.

8) Obtain CMA, contract and Listing sheet forward to Mortgage loan officer.

9) Obtain copy of deed,tittle and surveys to forward to buyers attorney.

10) Assist you on getting qualified homeowners insurance from qualified companies.

11) Meet bank appraiser at location for appraisal inspection on your behalf.

12) Meet Engineer, Radion,Leadpaint,Well,Septic,Termite,Electrical,HAVC,and Pluming Inspectors for home inspection and assist you in finding qualified inspectors.

13) Keep constant communication with Mortgage Company and attorney for mortgage commitment date on time.

14) Deliver if necessary any important papers from attorneys and bank fax statements.

15) Confirm with Attorneys Closing date, time and place.

16) Assist you in Transfer of all Utilities Gas,Electric,Water/sewer,Oil & Cable.

17) See that all the co inspections ordered including fire and carbon monoxide.

18) See that all inspections are completed and passed.

19) Check with attorney’s and Mortgage company for final Funds needed at closing.

20) Meet with you to do final walk thru of property day of closing.

21) Attend closing with you at your attorneys office.
